The place is a perfect choice for skiing and relaxing at the same time and the staff were very helpful. -

Location, spa, ambience, nice breakfast, good service from staff. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Nowhere to dry ski clothing in the room (radiator) Not enough cushions on the sofa. Seating area in the room uncomfortable. Bedroom upstairs seems potentially hazardous. Bedside table and lighting only on one side. Evening Meals were nice but lacked choice. No help with luggage. Charging for tap water at the table seems a bit stingy.

The swimming pool I expected that for the price per night I will have a refrigerator and coffee machine in the room . Also I was. Rey disappointed that We charged for tap water at dinner. I think it is outrages

Incredible location, with beautiful views of the mountains. The spa area is in excellent condition, and very tastefully designed, as is the rest of the hotel. The terraces are beautiful, and the food is excellent.
