Free shuttle to, and from the airport, wonderful staff, excellent room, great restaurant. Overall, it was a great value,, and helped speed us along with our travel plans. Not applicable

This was a great place to spend a few hours overnight between a late-arriving flight and then an early departing flight. The hotel is very close to the airport, and the van transportation to the hotel was convenient and quick. The hotel room was very clean and had everything needed. They also have a nice restaurant next door. I also used the hotel to store my luggage during a 7-hour layover on the way back out of the country. It is possible to pay a very low fare (100,000 Malagasy ariary per bag). This is a great and convenient option so I could explore Tana for a few hours before I could check in my luggage. Nothing. It was all wonderful!

Perfect and pristine, walk to the airport, lovely Italian restaurant & roofside bar. Some noise, especially if your room is on the roadside direction

Clean rooms The rooms are located on an incredible busy street with honking and traffic and very loud noises. Impossible to relax and sleep as I’m a light sleeper. If you want quiet this is not the place.

Proximity to airport, complimentary airport shuttle, comfortable bed

The only drawback is that there is no elevator, but porters were available to take luggage to and from the lobby. The hotel is in the process of installing an elevator, so this issue should be moot in the future when the elevator is ready.

The noise at night because of the transit

Very nice reception, good choice for early flight. The room is clean and new, walking distance to national terminal. And taxi driver waiting outside offers good price to city.

The location is good and also the navette service is very satisfactory. Clear room and welcoming staffs and the hotel is very secure.

Keep up the good work! Please don't raise the price.

One of the few 100% here. :) I'm glad to give it to this hotel. 1. The staff is wonderful. Very welcoming, also at night they take you with smile and chat to the hotel with an elegant car. Then the reception makes sure that the checkin is fast but precise. In my case there was a bit of error, 1 drink was requested and 2 were charged, but the receptionist himself called me in 5 mins to correct either by a refund or I can take one more bottle. It is not so common nowadays, and I did not see the error myself, so... very honest people! 2. The room is at the same good quality as the Guatemala airport hotel (Aurora). Everything is well designed, comfortable. Maybe just a fridge is missing, but here you have bar and restaurant.. 3. I never saw redundant cooling by a fan if there is error with the AC. Only this hotel thought about it. 4. Super hot water, enough towels, good shower gel. Nothing to mention, the Owner and Staff can be proud. Maybe just a recommendation - the Staff may mention that there is already 1 free water in the room, also, some coffee, tea and kettle can be added (not that big investment overall), and that the hairdryer is at them.

So close to the airport and they had a shuttle even at 2:00 in the morning.
