The hotel was excellent, with private beach and great pools, evening entertainment ang great restaurants to chose from. Very friendly staff, also they even took us to eat outside the hotel in a great place with transfer included. The massage at the spa was also excellent. For me, the food at the main restaurant was very repetitive from day to day, but there is plenty to choose from, also the cocktails could be made better at the bar. The gym is lacking stations, pretty simple one, could be improved.

The location was on the beach which was a plus. Private dinning service was good. Expensive for what you get compared to other hotels on the island. Rooms were dated, TV connections were just ok, internet was slow - ok for light browsing but poor for video calls for work. General dining food was cold even though we were the first ones in. We had a suite with private pool but it could do with a little maintenance touch up on the decks.

Gorgeous! The buffet was delicious and 3 other restaurants to choose from. The staff were so kind! They had drinks all prepared so it was nice and quick. Nothing!

This was our 2nd time visiting and we will come back again in the future for sure. Excellent rooms, very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurants was very good, don’t miss the à la carte options! The beach front is amazing, close to the ocean and comfortable. The bar is a short distance so getting drinks is quick.

It’s in a good location, close to the airport and to the town Rhodes. Even the choice in the main canteen was wide, to me it was nothing tasty to eat.

We loved the location, food, staff, pool etc We loved the quiet pool area, but the loungers were very uncomfortable. What did not help was the bed in the room was too soft and gave us both back ache after the first day. The staff did turn the mattress and set up the sofa bed in the room which helped alot.

A few things were disappointing for this price range. The bathroom was quite uncomfortable, when you take a shower the bathroom is completely full of water and the toilet seat was broken.

The hotel has a very good and cheerful atmosphere, great food both in the all-inclusive buffet and in the à la carte restaurants, which are also available under the same system. The territory is cozy and well-maintained, there are interesting entertainment programs, a wonderful beach, a pool, and a good sea, all private and adding to the comfort. I would also like to thank the reception and guest services especially Anna for their attentive and considerate attitude for taking care of my special request. There was one particular concern that bothered me—something very personal that might not affect others—but the hotel staff understood it wasn’t just a whim and truly addressed my discomfort by changing my room to one that had no such issue. Moreover, the new room turned out to be a higher category, a suite, which was a pleasant surprise and not something I expected. This attention to individual guest needs made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Such sincere and kind hospitality is truly commendable. Overall, the hotel is very comfortable and pleasant, perfect if you want a balance between fun and relaxation.

First of all, the people. The staff were very respectful, always smiling, professional, and clearly doing their jobs very well, especially those working in the restaurant. Thanks to all of them — they were perfect. The food was also great. The hotel offers an all-inclusive meal plan, and that was amazing. Breakfast, lunch, dinner — everything was fresh. Some dishes were a bit too salty for me, but that’s just personal taste. Also, the hotel provides a wide variety of desserts, which was very good. As for the infrastructure and the pictures you see online — they are accurate. The hotel is really beautiful: nice pools, nice views, everything looks great. Yes, some things might not be brand new, but overall it was very good. I’ll start with my check-in. When I entered my room, there was a bottle of water, but it wasn’t new — it wasn’t full and had already been opened. I asked to change it because I wanted a new, sealed bottle, and while they did give me another one, I had to go get it myself — which I don’t think is my job in a five-star hotel. Also, there were no slippers or a dental kit in the room. I had to ask three times to finally receive the dental kit. The hotel also doesn’t provide facial tissues, which was strange to me, and only gave two cotton pads for the entire stay — just two. I’d like to remind you, this was a double room. Yes, I stayed alone, but still, that’s not enough. They also didn’t replenish them during daily cleaning. The hairdryer didn’t work either, and they had to send a maintenance person to fix the power outlets. Again, in a five-star hotel, I shouldn’t have to spend my time dealing with this. As a solo female traveler, I also felt a bit unsafe. The door had no peephole, so I had to open it to see who was knocking — which didn’t feel comfortable. Now, my biggest complaint — my birthday. I booked this hotel in advance, and about a month before my trip, I informed the hotel that I would be celebrating my birthday during my stay. They completely ignored this. At first, I thought, okay, some hotels do complimentary birthday surprises, some don’t — fair enough. But during my stay, I saw reviews on Google Maps where other guests mentioned receiving complimentary room upgrades, birthday cakes, fruit plates, and wine. On my last evening, I went to the reception and asked why I hadn’t received anything. I was shocked by the response. The receptionist told me I had already received a complimentary room upgrade. That was funny to me, because my room looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com. When I asked what was upgraded, she said they had moved me to a different building — about a 30-second walk away — instead of the one I originally booked. That was it.

We booked a room with a hot tub and the hotel upgraded us to a room with a hot tub and private pool! It was amazing! We felt like we're in Thailand and until the last day we didn't even bothered to go to the main pool. The staff was so kind and helped us with any concerns or questions. The food was tasty and had a lot of options to choose from in the buffet. We were also able to go to the restaurant near our room, you have to try their version to a Greek salad. It was so good! The bed and pillows are so comfortable!! We had a little leak near our room but it didn't really bother us. In the women's bathroom in the lobby the locks for some of the doors were broken so it was annoying to use them.

Consistency could be better. Although there are cleaners cleaning every day, sometimes the cleaning/ bed linen changing wasn't great, restocking of sundries like sugars sometimes wasn't done. But this is very minor in comparison to everything else being so good. During meals for the first few days drinks being brought to the table and refilled was regular, but as the week went on we felt we had to try hard to get attention for a drink.

The staff, facilities, and location are all excellent. The pools are gorgeous. The beach is very beautiful. The Alazonia restaurant in particular was fabulous with delightful dishes every day. It's truly a shame that I won't be returning to this property thanks to the experience with the spa. Update: What I thought was an innocent mistake is now revealing to be a fraudulent practice, the matter is now in courts as the spa rescinded a "refund" once we left the property. The spa ladies are extremely pushy, terrible at massages, and running a scam (booked me for something I never asked for, after two sub standard massages I knew I didn't want the third treatment but they refused to refund even though I never ended up taking the massage and asked to cancel more than 24 hours before- a policy they never informed me of before)
