The ABC Hotel Alacati

Swimming pool Greenery Atmosphere Vibe Restaurant staff poor skills and lack English language and are not well prepared with customer service and hospitality. We paid for the breakfast unfortunately when my wife came down to eat. They gave her a plate with a few samples of everything which isn’t the same as other tables. The staff excuse was that other tables have groups where as my wife is a single person. Its not their job to decide. I paid for the entire Turkish breakfast experience and I should get all plates and platters on my table. The second day we got it all sorted out and they apologized for their mistake and unprofessional behavior. Window handle was damaged so the window was always tilted open and external noise affecting my sleep. When I complained about it they fixed it for the second day. No blankets for the bed and the air conditioning system was too cold. When I requested blankets they were given later for the second day.

The location is great and nice to have a pool - The staff is unhelpful and rude. They don’t speak English and don’t even try - Check in and Check out was not smooth and took a VERY long time for no reason. Seemed like they didn’t know how to operate the system - Turns out drinks were not included at Breakfast (???) and we were surprise charged at check out - no one told us about it during breakfast - Rooms are bare and the “blanket” is a small and think towel which does not even cover two people

Location super✅ Late check out did for us free and thank you about it✅ Garden is vey beutiful ✅ They cannt speak english ( this problem is everywhere in alachati and in cecme) Also tbere are many cats (everywhere)

Our stay was perfect, the location was exceptional. The breakfast was very delicious which is rare in hotels in my experience. Very safe place. the staff were very friendly and cooperative, we forgot all of our passports and documents and realized that after leaving to another city which was hours away, we couldn’t go back until a couple of days later, and they managed to keep them safe until we pick them up. Would Highly recommend it for you stay.

The breakfast was superb and had plenty of variety as well which made for a perfect Turkish style breakfast ! I also loved its location , the pool ( where not many places in Alacati vicinity had one tbh ) and its ambience as a boutique style hotel where the atmosphere was terrific the whole time we were there . The waiter services by Bilal ( in particular) was outstanding along with Ramazan and the other guys in the bar as well . I couldn't really fault it other than the aircon could be a "little cooler" in the rooms......Fantastic place to stay in Alacati and we will be back . air conditioner in room wasn't as cool as it could be tbh ......didnt offer any alcohol service or beverage , but we were welcomed to BYO anyway !!

Great location, nice facilities Overpriced place for the quality of the experience. Unfriendly staff, not very helpful. I booked a room that shows pictures of a small desk and a desk chair, the room I got was much smaller than the pictures and had no chair. We were not told that water, coffee and juice are not included in the price of breakfast, we were charged at checkout. Beds don't have comforters, only a very thin towel-like sheet; I was cold at night even with the AC turned off.

The location was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, however the rest of it was a bad experience! Many reasons: 1. They didn't clean our room during our 3 days of stay! ( we even asked, but they didn't and just gave us some new towels!) 2. The turkish breakfast was one of the poorest breakfasts i have ever had in my life. They charged us for the coffee ( around 9 USD) as the breakfast had only tea! 3. There was no drinking water in the room, and they charged us a small bottle of water again! 4. The pool area was beautiful, but it was not clean at all.

It is in a very good location and not in a noisy place. It has a very beautiful decoration. The breakfast is very good and all the employees are very polite and helpful. All Alaçatı hotels have a bit small rooms

If i have to mention the value was a little bit high and bathroom lightening doesn’t work and the lack of ironing was bad. but these are not big deal.

Super nice, friendly and helpful staff. Very neat and clean. Close to the center where all the shops, restaurants and farmers market.

Location was fantastic, breakfast was tasty with mixtures of hot and colds, sweet and savouries There could be more noise cancellation in rooms and better lighting in the rooms as it was quite dark.

Location is great and staff of the hotel is super helpful.

location I am really surprised when i am reading this reviews. i can not imagine that this reviews are true, never ever. i am reading and thinking is this same hotel we are talking about. About food ok everybody has its own taste, but how can i trust that this people loved service, facifilites, cleanness, bathroom. never ever i cannot imagine . This is 2 star very low budget hotel, they never cleaned the room i was asking every day after beach why its dirty again and no answer, asking for towels every day and bagging to bring it. Air conditioner was switching off in 30-40 minutes once , than i needed to call someone they where switching off electricity from the main box than switch on and air conditioner was on and same in every 40 minutes . I really can not imagine that this reviews are true. I am writing to help people and survive from the worst holidays . Never pay this money for this hotel. food, service, rooms, bathroom, pillow air conditioner

this was worst hotel i ever stayed. food facilitates, cleanness, service below zero. written that they have gym and spa its lie, don't trust the, on second floor water is not coming you can not eve take shower. i did like even one thong in this hotel, only location was great
