We had messaged that we were going to be late due to a train delay and they responded quickly. Room was bigger compared to typical Japanese Hotels that we had space for our oversized luggage as well. It's a little bit further from the main station but at least it was located along a main street so it was easy to navigate to.

I think a hotel would be nice for business trip. The reception section was simple and it's not an ideal for someone to wait for their late flight or train etc. The public bath was excellent. The laundry was available. However it was expensive to use... 400 yen to use a washing machine and 100 yen for laundry detergent...

Walking distance to the JR station and you’ll get a good and clean hotel. Quiet place during the night and offering a delicious breakfast with Japanese or Western option. Also a small buffet is included (rice, curry, joghurt, etc). Also has a small public bath to relax after the day. Nothing to complain about. Only stayed one night

Convenient location close to Izumo train station. Breakfast was simple and delicious. The room was clean and well maintained. Staffs were nice and friendly. Based on the time of reservation,there was a substantial price difference. If I made reservation on check-in day, I could have saved about 30%.
