Nothing they are cheaters I booked the room via this app and I got a confirmation from oyo. That can be some contract between them. I got one more message to make the payment since this property is in high demand I made the payment because my checkin is in late night around 1AM and I'm with my wife and 2 daughters. On arriving the location provided by oyo is wrong the property is not there and when checked the Google it is showing around 3kms since I already made payment I went seeing the Google maps. Another thing the contact number provided is also not working. Somehow we reached the property and informed the person there we have a booking he said we are not taking online booking so you have to make the payment and for the tarrif I paid to oyo will not be applicable and he charged 4k for 2 rooms 1 boudle size and 1 single room. I said I will pay via gpay he denied next there is a atm please get the cash. And he said cancell oyo booking I tried doing that it didn't happen. Then again I tried cancelling in morning but again it is failing tried calling oyo customer service luckily call connected i explained them they tried calling the property manager they didn't pickup or not reachable they tried 2 to 3 times finally they said they will try to solve the issue with 48 hrs and now it's been a week couldn't get a resolution. Please be careful with these cheaters.
