This an older property and it shows. The floor in the room was uneven. We are older and had to be careful walking around so we didn't trip and fall. We arrived just after 6pm. There was no one to receive us. It was easy to find the envelope that they left with our room info. But we thought it was bit early for "late check-in". We eventually found the ice machine but didn't see it immediately. They had a phone no. posted to get help. I called the number. No answer. Left a message. They never returned my call. Very disappointing. Not what I expect from a $500/night room.

Very pleased with our stay! We were in town for a concert and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly

The only staff member we met was the checkin person, who was not very helpful or welcoming, We were on a four state tour for 14 days and stayed in 9 different hotels and this was the worst, it was also the most expensive. Would not recomend staying there.

This was a decent place to stay but not perfect. The A/C unit went off and on every 10 minutes and was very loud. The parking is limited but you can usually find a spot down the street. It was pretty clean and was fine for the price. In this town you have to lower your expectations about what you will get for the money unless you are willing to pay a lot and for the money this was a fairly good place.

I had the deluxe queen room but we had no couch or chairs, only a small table and 2 wooded chairs for the table. Space was small and bathroom seemed super old, tub was high to step into, no handrails. Not ideal for anyone elderly!

It is super convenient to a lot of restaurants and activities.

Run down motel-style place. Looks very old and kind of dirty. Super uncomfortable beds, and the bathroom door would get stuck. Do not recommend. Extremely expensive for what they offer.

Gadzooks…I think I would still complain if I paid $30 a night. This is the place that scared you as a 19yr old when $12 was all you had. They are unable do do anything with the tiny rooms I guess but how about replacing the 40yr old restroom fixtures? Or the chair in the room that is at least 40yrs old. Don’t let the slanting floor scare you too much…I survived the weekend without the building collapsing. The best thing you can say about this place is the roof doesn’t appear to leak. During the summer, they WAY overcharge…I paid $450/night for this dump…if I had known, a backpack & sleeping bag would have been a better option. Day 2, I report to the guy in the office at 1:30pm the shower/tub doesn’t drain. He just looks at me blankly and says ‘our guy just left for the day’. That apparently was his solution. When I got back for my last night there, there was a women on her phone outside the closed manager’s office and all I could make out was her saying ‘but they are crawling and biting my legs!’. The ‘kitchen’ is a 50yr bar sink, non working Kurig on a filthy 50yr old laminate countertop

The location was great. However, the condition of the room was poor. Details are important but, blinds did not close all the way. Grout at base of shower was missing exposing poor color something. Grout elsewhere was either missing or poorly done. Although housekeeping was generally vey good, the space between the sink cabinet and wall looked untouched. Also peeling paint in several areas. We had much higher expectations considering the cost of the room.

It’s an older lodge that is clean but does need some work. Conveniently located and walkable to downtown. Staff was very accommodating.

The property was very easy to find and close to the town Square. It was quiet and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We were happy to have the air conditioner for temperature control/ air flow and white noise for sleeping. Although everything appeared clean, the room felt musty and damp. The only closet was in the bathroom and there were no hangers. There’s nowhere to hang up our wet jackets from the rain. I would highly suggest hangers for the closet and coat hooks somewhere in the room. As well as another mirror in the room, not just in the bathroom. This is probably unavoidable, but, whoever was above us was stomping around quite a bit. It’s probably due to construction of the building, but I wanted to note it for light sleepers.

    👍

Air conditioning unit was difficult to read the buttons, the same with the door entry key pad

The bathroom had some disgusting features, including the plunger having "waste" on it. The cabinets were damaged; the only window that appeared to be operable was broken. I could not get fresh air. The AC was very loud, so it was hard to sleep. The ceilings must be very thin because whoever was above me was making noise, contributing to my difficulty sleeping. I will say that the room was spacious, and I appreciated the mini refrigerator. I suppose Jackson Hole is just a very expensive place to visit. It seems like one has to pay over $500/night for a quality hotel room.

It’s very hard to get help from staff

The room was spacious and walking distance to downtown Jackson, WY. Great parking considering how busy Jackson can get during the summer. Was a little run down, particularly the bathroom cabinents and decorative molding around the shower. Overall, was clean upon arrival.

    Very good

Place is a dump nestled between two other normally nice properties. You will wish this wasn’t the parking lot you were turning into.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The air conditioning was definitely needed, but it rattled like an old car and made it difficult to sleep. At this price point, you expect a basic level of comfort and quality. This felt like a one-star motel charging mid-luxury-hotel rates. Welcome to Jackson Hole!

The room was clean, king bed was comfortable and they accommodated our request for extra pillows and towels. Overall I recommend Miller Lodge and would most likely stay here again if in Jackson.
