Trailborn Jackson Hole, Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy

We were sent to a different room which was dirty and had only one bed. Sheets and pillow cover were dirty. We were lied to snd cheated. The experience was horrible.

Fantastic view of snow king mountain from our balcony. Super comfy room, very clean. We were there for a concert at snow king and it was the perfect location. The restaurant and bar was great as well. A perfect stay for sure!

Good place. Had some technical issues. No valet service. No concierge. Lift elevator out of service.

Not worth the premium price and definitely NOT 5*. Rooms are super dark, beds are terrible, sheets are scratchy, showers (no tubs) are very small. The balcony is a joke. The pool is way too small for such a large resort. Front staff were rude. Housekeeping didn’t get to our room until dinner time on two of our four nights. Housekeeping didn’t replenish used amenities. Had to ask for extra coffee cups and toiletries. Highly recommend finding another resort. Will never stay at a Trailborn property again. They advertised a Military Appreciation discounted rate which was in fact considerably MORE than the rate found on Hotels.com. How is that ‘supporting our troops’? What a joke! 10/10 do NOT recommend.

The Mountain View. We thought it was located in Jackson hole ski area but it is in the town of Jackson Hole.

No one came to clean the room and when I asked the room to be made no one showed up. Soiled towels were not replaced as well

Very nice but overall service was 3 star quality, not the 5 star I expected. Beautiful area

This property was in a great location, with very useful amenities. It felt like home.

Great and convenient location

We loved everything about this hotel. The games room was excellent for kids and the pool and gym were great too. The location is perfect in Jackson Hole. 100% would recommend!

Our room was located right next to the receptionist area. We heard non-stop music, yelling, conversation, etc. They should never place anyone in this room; especially when I booked my room 5 months in advance! Very disappointing.

Always a great stay!

This property was close to downtown so convenient to everything. The room was comfortable and clean. The property was beautiful & had so many fun things. It was only about 20-30 minutes to Grand Teton National Park so a great location!

This hotel was absolutely incredible for my wife and I. Will definitely be back!

I checked in right around the 4pm check-in time only to be told that the room was not ready. The staff did very little to help the situation (switch rooms or provide a timeframe for when the room would be ready), they just asked that I take a seat and they would call when it was ready. I approached desk again after 15 minutes and got similar feedback during the 10-15 minutes of standing there while they did computer searches and had side discussions (one with another staff personnel that said that the room was not going to be ready and that they should have switched my room). At this point the room (or a different room - I am not sure) became ready. No apologies were given for the delay, they just went into the normal check in jargon and sent me on my way. Normally I would not complain but we were scheduled to attend a concert (at adjacent Snow King mountain) and wanted to clean up before the show. Situation was just not handled as I would have hoped for the supposed quality of this establishment.
