Birch Hill Suites - Jackson

Not pleased at all.

Room was nice and spacious. Had a bit of a moldy smell that you notice when you walk in but quickly get used to. Our power did go out for about 12 hours, and we were told it would be fixed immediately. It wasn’t not. We had to call again, and it wasn’t fixed until the next morning.

The rooms are clean and spacious but the staff is extremely disrespectful and lazy. It is hard as hell to get your reservation fulfilled and there are a bunch of homeless folks just strolling around past your room all night

No problem checking in Air works perfectly and stove Only thing was the batteries for the door and key card kept dying and that was a big inconvenience for a 4 day stay but everything else was fine

People walking nonstop around the building, lady drives around all day & just sits & drives the lot all day & never gets out. White guy keeps putting a bullet proof vest on everytime he gets out his vehicle. ROACHES IN ROOM!

There were cigarette ashes on the nightstand and floor. The lock on my door did not secure properly unless you slammed the door and I was locked out 2 nights of my stay. I had to call their “lock-out” number 10-15 times over the course of 30 minutes to get back into my room. I have never had a worse experience at a hotel.

As nice as any place in this area, don’t be fooled by the price. Super nice staff, and regular folks. I would definitely stay there.

Horrible place a lot of drug addicts live (os stay) on the place, I couldn't sleep for this halloween one single night I and my son locked ourselves on the room! Be safe don't saty on these place! I've alrady recomended booking not to have this place as an acomodation option because it's not!!!!! Everything

All of stay was good and the rooms are brand new looking. We loved it

Very noisy throughout the night was woken up several times by people just hanging out all night and I politely asked for a quiet area will not be returning

I locked my room key in my room not once but twice. One time was after hours. The staff came and made me a new room key without hesitation. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Nice, convenient location, very helpful staff.I really enjoy my staying here
