The online offer was tricky. I booked full house. immediately received a call from a lady saying only the ground floor is available. They will provide extra beds. Shared nice photos to confirm. Asked me to pay 5000 Rs for confirmation. We did Gpay. Once we reached the location, we found the rooms were not spacious, cocroaches, etc. I called the lady and said we are not happy we want to cancel. Take cancellation fee and pay balance. She said to talk to her husband. He says their cancellation policy is no payment for cancellation. What a trap.??? Only the staff who take care of the rooms are good.

Room service was very weak. Owner failed to convince the guest about the available facilities. For each and every services I had to request each time. So some of the facilities I could not utilise. No hot water in the bathroom. Rest of the things are acceptable.
