Waken up the next morning from my first night there with the housekeeper trying to enter my room while I was sleeping without respecting the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The pillows were too small and very worn out And decorative lenin on top of the covers, head stains on it

Clean rooms, parking is terrible the air conditioning barely worked and the staff was very very rude

I booked a premium room and there was nothing about it that was premium! The bathroom sink/counter was falling off the wall! AC unit was falling apart! Remote for TV didn't work! The safety lock was broken! Poor lighting! Bathroom door handle was messed up making it difficult to exit the bathroom! The staff that checked us in why not friendly at all! I do not recommend staying at this place!

Property was dirty with trash everywhere. No outside trash can to throw it into, room floor was sticky, no toilet paper in the bathroom......we will never stay here again

To save time listing all that is wrong I'll just say the 1 thing I did like...the pillows were nice & soft (which my lady did not like so she had no good things to say.)

The room was clean, but the window was really dirty and there was water damage and mold on the ceiling in the room and bathroom. Parking is limited, so it's best to get there early. Also, if you book your room online through Hotels.com or another third party, they charge you a $5 booking fee.
