Margaritaville Jacksonville Beach

We absolutely LOVED Margaritaville! We had our kids with & they absolutely loved it as well. So convenient being right on the beach & having the restaurant & little coffee shop on site. We loved being able to walk to where we needed to go. We did not utilize the valet parking, as we got lucky and we were able to just use the free city parking. We did hear people very upset with the valet parking though, so I would keep that in mind when booking.

The room was absolutely amazing!!! Beautiful view, spacious suite, and room service DAILY which is a plus in hotel’s today! The amenities were awesome and the onsite restaurant had excellent food! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

I think this place was well worth what we paid. I do wish their restaurant served an actual breakfast so that was a little disappointing. But staff were top notch and I would visit here again.

Amazing hotel, parking was good, restaurant & bar were amazing, friendly, helpful staff, super nice, clean rooms, direct access out to the beach!

Clean rooms. The only issues were the doors to the rooms must be slammed to shut and the shower does not have a door or shower curtain which results in a mess of water every time the shower is used.

Everyone on the staff was wonderful.

A man staying there as a Mayo patient fell. I went to the front desk to ask for a wheel chair. The attendant said we don't have one. I stay there as a Mayo patient and was so disappointed in the attendant's response. I explained he was on the floor and we need help to get him up. The attendant SHRUGGED and said we don't have a wheelchair. The same attendant told me at check in to listen because he would only explain things once. What??? I have stayed there for 4 years as a Mayo patient. I have recommended the property multiple times. I won't ever again.

I booked last minute and it was the least expensive option on the beach. Great room, hot shower and cold A/C.

The location is great. Nice bar/restaurant in hotel. Rooms smell musty and moldy. I had something taken from my room which was extremely disappointing. Also every time you come in and out there is a valet charge. I came to n and changed went out to dinner and was charged a second time so instead of the $32 ballet for my mini suv it was $64 plus $5.00 tip every time you come in and out so it adds up quickly. Will not stay here again.
