Nothing From the main entrance to the actual room we saw trash, bugs. The room had 1 towel when we had put 3 people on the reservation.

Location. Ac didn’t work well at all. Had to wait 30 mins for staff to check me in . Hallways smelled horrible. Just wasn’t very happy with my stay.

The only good thing was the shower.constant knocking at my door.roaches in the room .key kept not working.and staff was unavailable most of the time.

The bed was pretty comfy and the air worked great! It was the dirtiest and most disgusting room I’ve ever paid for! Smelled of old cigarettes and weed. They didn’t provide shampoo or conditioner. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last person left. Hair in the tub and bed, eyelashes or beard trimmings in sink, some kind of green residue on edge of sink (maybe soap or toothpaste). Crumbs on the bar stool chairs. The only clean things in there were the toilet, the towels, and the inside of the fridge. If it wasn’t dark and I wasn’t alone in a sketchy part of Jax, I would’ve left and went somewhere else.

DID NOT CHECK IN BECAUSE NO ONE WAS THERE TO CHECK US IN. WE CALLED ON THEIR PHONE 3 TIMES SAID WOULD BE RIGHT THERE. WAITED 45 MINUTES AND THEY STILL DID NOT SHOW UP. WE LEFT. WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGE FOR THE ROOM. BOB

NOTHING CHARNGED ME $1.99 FOR TOWELS AND A DEPOSIT OF $100 AFTER I PAID FOR THE ROOM. WE WILL SEE IF I GET THE $100 BACK. THE WHOLE BUILDING SMELLS OF WEED AND VERY RAN DOWN. WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN.

Nothing. No shower curtains. The front desk person handed me the shower curtain. But when she brought them to my room at least she asked if she wanted me to hang them. Also, the toilet stopped and she handed me the toilet brish brush.

I liked the location and the front desk staff. It had roaches and other bugs, a blood stain on the shower curtain, a roach was inside of the refrigerator and something bit me. Also, the manager, Lisa, told me that she would process a “BOG” to compensate me for the awful roaches but I have yet to receive that and it’s been almost a month so she lied. She didn’t even know what “BOG” stood for. I reached out to corporate but no answer on my reforest for refund. I don’t like roaches. The bed was very uncomfortable.

It was horrible experience we book the place and call in advance announcing that we will arrived late because we are traveling and they told us is fine no problem that we just need to use phone at reception and they will come and assist us. But then when we arrived and called they didn’t want to assist us and we couldn’t get the room even that they charge us already. We were with a kid imagine late at night with no place where to sleep because of them. I really think it was a horrible experience. Never happen to me before with this hotels company. It’s horrible. They didn’t let us come in

The property needs more attention to detail when it comes to the cleanliness. There were stains in the carpet in the hallway leading up to the room. The front desk attendant wasn’t so friendly and seemed like she was very rushy. The bathroom had toothpaste stains on the mirror. The showerhead need to be cleaned the toilet and the floor needed to be mopped. The sheets in the bags were clean. They also didn’t have any rags or hand towels in the bathroom. After I tried to request to get some apparently it was too late at night and they don’t have anyone working at the front desk after hours so anytime after 10 PM, you’re basically screwed. I even tried to call in the morning and their front desk attendance doesn’t arrive until 10 AM so imagine trying to rush to leave to catch a flight and I had to go and buy my own hand rags and washcloths to take a bath. They also do not have any complementary items to wash your hands or anything with so if you come there, you need to bring everything that you would need to take a bath and wash your hands or dishes with.

When we entered our first-floor level room the window was wide open and the air conditioner was on. There was no seating except two bar type stools at the counter. The kitchen was not furnished with anything at all. No coffee maker no hair dryer. There was a cabinet door missing. The room was tiny and you barely had room to walk. The bathroom was bare minimum useable. We have had previous stays at Extended Stay that was pleasant but not this time. Also the TV remote did not work, and we asked for batteries for the remote. We had to ask for washcloths. When I told them the window was wide open she said someone must have wanted fresh air. My response someone wanted to let others in for free. We managed to get the bar lock back in place on the window to feel safe. We were going to ask for compensation for poor conditions but the front desk has a sliding barrior and no one was to be found anywhere. People had stuck their keys in the side of the sliding wall! We were only there one night thank goodness.

Check in personnel one lady was nice,very well groomed I'm totally disabled, on crutches route to the 308 room was long ways! Tub had mold, a/c fan was hitting something on inside noise so bad only two hrs sleep, no hot water in shower!!! Brought my own drinks they never got cold overnight in the fridge, had to get another remote for the TV only 1 of batteries took one hour to get, got late check out because rental car not ready asked for a cart had to call back for it hour later, lost my Uber had to pay for because of the late cart also my rental car !!! Return policy for using debit card is too long!

No me han regresado aún el dinero del depósito y luego de las 10 de la noche nadie más atiende en la recepción y mucho escándalo en las habitación y olor a marihuana asombrosamente demasiado olor necesito que me regresen mi depósito de 100 dólares de una ves por todas!!
