Very clean and nice staffs.

The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I like the facilities; they are very clean. I also like it because it’s very close to Mayo Clinic Hospital.

I was pleasantly surprised by the coffee. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my coffee and usually the hotel coffee is not to my liking but the coffee here was really good 🙌

It was close to everything, from restaurants to groceries stores. Perfect for our first visit to Mayo Clinic.

Staff,location,room,breakfast and parking My only request of a first floor room because of medical conditions were not met.

So I noticed a severe odor of mold, mildew or chemicals, spoke to a lovely female agent while checking in, unable to tolerate started wheezing right away, my husband had 2 days of treatment at mayo, we incidentally did purchase the insurance and reservation from Expedia so I called them, was reassured we could get our money back and change hotels, lady was extremely kind and accommodating, told.me.she understood and would get us a refund and we could go elsewhere. I am 65 years old and have never had to change hotels , anyway, she called a agent at the desk and he said we couldn't change their was not a manager available to help us, like 1 was born yesterday, horrible excuse and customer service while the Expedia lady that assured me that we could move said after her conversation with him ,her situation was to email her supervisor, would take 2 days for a response. omg, so screwed all the way around. Currently on antibiotics, inhaler, steroids and absolutely miserable, so it was a colossal failure from both the holiday inn and suites and expedia

The amenities appeared to be excellent. I only used the breakfast option which was excellent.

Everything is good

The beds were too high. I stayed at holiday Inn because I had to have surgery at the Mayo Clinic. I had a hard time climbing up on the bed because it was too high. Other than that the hotel and it’s staff were very professional.
