We had to wake up at 3 a.m and my husband was disappointed that we had no coffee in the room and didn’t realize that he could have asked for one at the front desk.(He didn’t want to travel to the lobby half asleep for the coffee there.) Everything else was comfortable with the exception that the room and bathroom had a slight urine odor. That could have been a humidity/ rain factor as it was storming out. Parking happened to be sufficient, we had no issues. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance which is convenient. Sad that I left before breakfast as many southern Holiday Inn Expresses have the best homemade biscuits and gravy in the world!

Yes, front end manager declined to provide extra water or allow for an extra thirty minutes after poll closing. Booked three rooms. Sure would have been nice to be allowed to enjoy the pool for longer after a particularly hard day.
