The staff were absolutely amazing. Allowed us the get checked in early and a late check out due to our daughter having a migraine. Absolutely amazing.

Daylight came there was an issue with us receiving breakfast and house keeping bam on the door at 11:00 sharp. Everything went downhill from there. We checked out at 12:00noon. The woman at the front desk said everything that Robob said he it was not true and he said we didn’t have a car but you did no late check out she resolved the breakfast issue. I would give this property a 2 star review because of the conflict and confusion caused. They didn’t treat me well properly

Spacious room ,location There was someone's long pieces of hair on the shower walls. Needed a do not disturb sign cause I got knocks at the door about 9am or so both days from cleaning staff. Don't get me wrong Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection. There was some remodeling going on in the lobby during our stay, but it was still functional and did not take away from our experience. Overall, a pleasant stay and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Nothing at all. I was not able to stay in the property because the front lobby was under construction that you could not even speak to the management. Broken floor everywhere and dust. Broken floor everywhere and dust. Lobby was very noisy construction that you could hear from outside. Other people in the building was complaining about the noise.

Hotel offers great value and service

Location. we went to UNF for our daughter's graduation. We booked an ADA room because my husband is in a wheel chair. First, the room was on the 4th floor - how do i get him down in case of emergency? Second, the bathroom had a walk-in shower, not a roll in. It was a normal hotel bathroom - no extra room to get around with a wheel chair, no grab bars. Third, the A/C didn't work properly, and it took some time till someone showed up to fix it. They offered us an other room, but the shower would have been a bathtub. The breakfast was underwhelming.

This hotel is in close proximity of I95, shopping, dining walking distance , the suites are spacious, room was clean.My rating is based on the fact that they had construction work going but did not notify guests in advance. We woke up Sunday Aug 2 to some loud drilling noise, they are remodeling their front lobby. Guests are not allowed to the front lobby due to construction. My family and I were lucky to be moved to the 4th floor. Complimentary breakfast is placed in a bag as grab and go consists of a bagel, orange or a frozen biscuit sandwich . Be aware

Beautiful hotel!

The room was great, clean and very accommodating for us; we needed an actual fridge with freezer to freeze ice packs for my wife's medications as we travel, this was a bonus. Breakfast was good with many healthier options available and real plates, cups, and silverware!! Thanks to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable...

Enjoyed the breakfast- the staff was very friendly. Our kitchen sink was slow draining but once we told the front desk - they got right on it to fix it.

The room was clean. Properly well kept. Staff was professional.

The location was grate .. the room was super spacious ! Besides everything housekeeping was rude in our second morning I guess we weren’t fast enough for them to get out of the room by the time we left we approached them to let them know we were out all we got was dirty looks .
