Bad experience at this hotel. When we arrived, no air conditioning in the lobby. The front desk clerk would not check us in for 7 minutes as we waited in the hot lobby even though she just stood there by her computer. The restaurant and snack bar were closed due to the air conditioning not working. The room was clean but had little furniture, no hair dryer or bottled water available. The desk clerk as we left was also rude telling us if we didn't return our room key she was going to charge our credit card. Just nasty employees. Would not recommend this hotel.

First off when you coming to the lobby it was hot on a hot day in Jacksonville went upstairs the room was decent I wanted to use the pool and a Jacuzzi which was not working the pool was green jacuzzi was purple and was dirty so it wasn't a place to stay and that's the one thing I wanted to use was the pool. No restaurant which was they do have a restaurant but it was not open then on top of things they charged me twice for a deposit

This hotel needs some serious help. No AC in lobby. Water pressure is atrocious and there 2 TV channels available. Soap was caked on my tub and the pillows are non existent. I do not recommend this hotel.to anyone,

I had to work late and got caught in traffic. By the time I arrived, nobody would let me in. The security guard couldn't have been less helpful and nobody seemed to care that I paid for a night and was unable to get a room, much less a refund. Avoid this place like the actual plague.

100 degrees in the lobby and throughout the hallways. Lady at the front desk was rude as hell, probably because she was burning up. Should’ve been a sign when I pulled in the parking lot and it was completely empty at 7:30 in the evening. When the lady at the front desk was asked if there are any other guests staying at the hotel, her response was “yeah, they’re out minding their own business…” Beds were pretty warn out but at least the a/c in the room somewhat worked… definitely won’t stay again.

No AC, the pool was closed and the kitchen was closed for breakfast. Staff completely unhelpful. We did not wind up staying and are now in dispute to try to get our money back!! Absolutely horrible!!

The air conditioner in the lobby was broken, the pool was out of order.

Breakfast was advertised but the restaurant was closed that wasn’t stated until we got there otherwise we would have booked a different place

The room was clean A/C was not working properly in the lobby and didn’t feel cool in the room as it should be. Front staff was not very friendly. The whole entire hotel was eerie. It’s belongs to the church on the property and something happened to that pastor. He’s passed away now but the church is not active and the hotel has barely anyone there. Maybe a few cars on the property. The restaurant was closed, barely anyone staff and rooms are empty. Very eerie walking through the hallway to my room. I don’t knew what kind of vibe is there but it made me run.
