Motel 6 Jacksonville, FL - South

Bugs 🐜 in the room. Towels were visible stained. One pillow had no pillow case and was visibly worn out. Would never stay there or recommend it!

Just will say it this way we will Never stay at a motel 6 again.

Honestly NOTHING BESIDES ITS IN A DECENT PART OF TOWN All the staff live there..Most of them are rude and it just needs new employees and new management....On top of that ..there mostly Racist..

N/a Didn’t get the right room , didn’t get a key to the room , room was dirty , bugs everywhere, no microwave no fridge , dirty socks in trash can loud employees fighting , gun shots very very disturbing pole almost hit my car from the storm

Hotel office door was constantly locked and no one was at the front office for 30 min when i arrived. Room as missing pillows. Propery mananger stated he "stole" pillows from another room and lacked any customer service skills. Room was also not fully clean. Floor was not clean, toilet did not work, walls are dirty, and towels were clean. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Nothing wasn’t even worth the money put into it the room smelled like sewage!!!! Bed was broken, no refrigerator, elevator was broken worse stay I’ve ever had I would appreciate a refund but we all know these cheap hotels can’t even maintain their properties much less make up for horrible customer service Everything other than the staff they did no harm

The hotel did not serve breakfast. Our room floor was dirty, the sheets had paw prints on them. We had to purchase cleaning products to clean the bathroom. Crumbs were all over the table, chairs and floors. The pillowcases were dirty. We had to ask for a blanket. We were told that no other rooms were available, so we had to stay in that room. Bugs (roaches) were on the floor and bed. I have pictures to prove what was noted. Very disappointed and displeased. We were not expecting royal treatment, but cleanliness.

This hotel was horrible, the rooms does not have a microwave or fridge. I arrived a few hours after check in and my room was not cleaned yet. They moved me to another room that looked like it was a room in a drug house. I checked out with in an hour of me checking in and they will not refund me my $680 that I had paid for 14 days. When at first they said they were going to process it. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AT ALL.

Everything about the place was dirty. Leaky toilet and air conditioner. No bath towels and roaches everywhere

The TV was great, and I especially enjoyed watching soccer. The location is also very convenient, with many stores, restaurants, and important places nearby. It is easy to get around Jacksonville from this area. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

They did not give me the room that I had picked out, It was terrible and the room was not clean, someone had children that was over top of my head that sounded like they were unattended and jumping off the table and landing on the floor,up until 1:30 am I had to go to the office 5 times and threaten to call the police, to check out the room, because no parent should have let their kids jump off the table,or bed in a hotel and make all that noise at 1:30 am I could not get any sleep! Umm it was terrible! Someone said that it was the manager kids.
