In my room, the ceiling in bathroom was peeling and falling into the tub. The was very filthy. There were roaches in the room.The curtains were falling off the rod. They refused to give me a different room when requested. They refused to give a refund.

The location of the motel AC unit was so loud it was horrible. The employee said all they could do because all of the buttons were broken off. He turned it off via the circuit protector on the plug (photos attached) Largest towel was barely larger than a hand towel Photo shows towel with TV remote for size comparison. Water seeped on floor from around the ac. Called corporate and was told to call management at the location. Manager asked me to call back and when I did she was in a meeting, and next call she had left

A horror show. The motel is a hemp haven. NO SMOKING PLEASE. Disgusting and filthy rooms. Not the least bit as expected. Beyond a disappointment. A disgrace.
