Great location and views, excellent spa and pool, and nice restaurant. Was a little pricey for stay and dinner.

So clean and comfortable, we had a very relaxing vacation. I just wish i would have booked more than just two nights. Everything was good!

Amazing and peaceful retreat in a beautiful location. Our room overlooked the champagne vineyards and the food was very good. Breakfast buffet had tons of choices. Dinner at the bar was great, because we arrived late. It is somewhat remote but not a problem at all with a car.
-
Perfect for a getaway. Surrounded by beautiful vineyards and right in the middle of nature and it is incredibly relaxing The spa was a bit of a letdown given it is a spa hotel, it would have been lovely to have a whirlpool or jacuzzi
-
Would be great if you also have memory foam pillows.

Great breakfast, beautiful design of the hotel, relaxed atmosphere! Staff was friendly, hotel was fabulous. We were happy with our stay, more than that we want to return!!! :)) The view from our room was on the parking lot. This was not what we expected and seemed to be applicable for the whole

Breakfast was great! Enough choice and it was a very relaxing breakfast. We closed the breakfast with Mimosa's so couldn't be better ;). Thanks The food in the restaurant was a bit belox expectations but overall nice meal!

We stayed here during winter, surrounded by snowy vineyards. It was our favourite stop on our mini moon, with the spa, the log fires and stunning surroundings. We were slightly concerned it would be hard to get around but we got very reasonably priced Ubers easily everytime we required. We will 100% be back, it was pure magic for us. The food in the restaurant and Bar was okay. The mains were very disappointing, but was we would not be likely to dine here again.

Amazing views, nice design, very good spa with warm pool, excellent breakfast. The lights in the room could be designed a bit better. Water pressure was low.

The hotel is excellent, with beautiful facilities, exceptionally kind staff, and an outstanding breakfast. The views are breathtaking, and the hotel offers a wonderful spa, saunas, a heated pool, a relaxation area, and even massage options. The beds are very comfortable, and the surroundings are beautiful. Although the hotel is a bit outside of Reims, it is easy to reach by car, and taxis to the city are not very expensive either. Our reservation on Booking stated that the room included a balcony overlooking the wine fields, which was the main reason we chose and paid for the more expensive option. However, upon arrival, we were given a ground-floor room without a balcony and with a view of the pool, which felt uncomfortably close to the pool guests. When we complained at reception, we were told that balconies are subject to availability and must be requested in advance by email. This was not clearly stated at the time of booking, and since the photos showed a balcony with chairs and a table, it felt misleading. This was disappointing and affected our expectations for the stay. Without much trouble, they offered us a better room, on the first floor with a nice view.

I am worried that the Ash Trees are dying, in the grounds, they should be removed immediately to reduce the risk of Ash Dieback spreading to the fortest.

Being an architect, I appreciated the overall design of the hotel. The details and finishes used inside and out were very nicely done. The rooms we also very nice and decent size. The view to the valley was incredible.
-
The property is beautiful and tucked away, the grounds are lovely and the surrounding vineyards are so picturesque. The lounge area in the spa was so nice to just relax. We just wished the spa and pool area was open later but that is in line with a lot of other things in the region.

Good location, champagne subject, big parking space Too expensive for the offered service
-
Amazing staff, and amazing breakfast. The place is very pretty and the views as well. Make sure to get a room with a view as they truly are amazing. The restaurant was a bit pricy for the quality you get.

Feels like you're in a treehouse. I love the nature. The spa and pool areas are really lovely too. Well designed rooms with good lighting.

The location is stunning, in amongst the vines of lots of well known champagne houses. The hotel makes the most of the views and you almost feel immersed in the local environment. The facilities are great, the spa really relaxing, breakfast and dinner both delicious. Overall a really really great stay, wish we could have stayed longer!
