The pool could have been better, but it worked for what we needed. The entire building was clean and smelled great. No issues during the stay. Front desk was extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly. Breakfast was mid but was included, so can’t complain, and the coffee was perfect in the lobby.

I love that breakfast doesn't end until 10 am and that checkout is not until noon, these two things alone make a world of a difference when your travel needs are a bit different from the standard. The room was very clean, nice shower with plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, etc. Electric sockets where we needed them (often overlooked in other hotels) and hooks for hanging backbacks, clothes, etc. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold options. Tea and coffee available all day in the lobby. My teens loved the fussball tables, comfy chairs in the lobby, and the pool was great with plenty of towels available. Gym looked great too but we didn't use it this time. Seriously impressed by this hotel.

The motel was very quiet and clean, the staff was very friendly and polite. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars was the mattress was too hard and wasn’t comfortable.

They’re also pet friendly with an $85 pet fee, and service animals stay free of charge, which is great for travelers who need accommodations for their animals. I enjoyed the amenities, including the gym, pool, pool table, and complimentary breakfast. The common areas were inviting, and everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, a great experience with plenty of amenities. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Jacksonville! ⭐️

Kathy and Mary were fantastic. Very good customer service. Rooms are good, breakfast could be improved. Amber, was incredibly rude. She yelled at me saying she didn’t need to give me any info about the next room availability. All this at 6:30am … I was surprised after having a wonderful experience with Kathy and Mary.
