Wingate by Wyndham Jacksonville FL

This is the first review I ever done for anybody and I have to say I had the best of the experiences as a solo woman traveling. I felt very safe The breakfast was amazing and I am definitely staying again.

Clean and nice place. Staff very polite and helpful. Small gym but does the job for a couple of days. No pool

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner other than that it was a great stay !

God Bless the hotel was very nice the staff just not as welcomely and helpful the pancake machine at breakfast wasn’t working in the clerk behind the desk to the young lady working in the kitchen. Don’t worry about fixing it just put a broke sign on it. night clerk, I asked for an extra pillow and blanket. She act like I was disturbing her. I would I stay there again yes when checked in that Clerk was awesome.

Room was nice and clean. Hallways smelled really nice. Property overall was nice and clean as well. I wish there was a little more variety and healthy breakfast options but otherwise it was great and I would stay again.

It is the worst place that I ever stay. The place is old, smelly and dirty. The floor is lifted off so don’t forget to bring your slippers. The air conditioner is so loud that you couldn’t even go to sleep after a long drive. There is hair balls blowing around when you open the door. I check in real late so nothing I could do about it.

Great staff, excellent customer service. House keepers were very helpful and polite. The only issue I had was that the pool was closed. It looks like the pool hasn’t been cleaned or serviced for a while.

Very clean property. This will be our host hotel when visiting our daughter at UNF. Hot breakfast with an automatic pancake maker.

Pool is broken, just gotten the pancake machine to work on our last day. Not much to do in the area. Customer service was excellent.

Pool wasn’t open, breakfast was good. Need some paint and updating of the rooms. Blackout curtains needed.
