The only negative I can say was the shower drain was slow? The room was clean and the staff was friendly!

Poorly cleaned n the bed was superhard...a few other issues mostly insects

Went days with out sheets Had to clean my own room Bought my own stuff to clean with due to them not wanting to do there job it has definitely gone down hill since April when I stayed than it was amazing book again and it was horrible was personally attacked constantly by management Got yelled at for my son that’s 3 drawing with chalk on the side walk Checked out early and am still currently waiting for a refund

Pool was horribly green half our stay no housekeeping while there had to strip our own beds go get our own clean sheets towels toilet paper etc maintenance knocking on doors at 11pm asked to borrow Broom was told no had to go but our own on stairs right outside our door guy doing meth management did absolutely nothing about with kids all over the place watching that with Crack heads wondering around refused kids to play with chalk never again spent 1000.00 times 3 rooms for our family vacation wont ever do it again

The bathroom floor was very dirty, employees didn’t know how to clean the corners. Pool was all green. Couldn’t even use it. Towels had stains all over them. Bed sheets had stains. We were in a non-smoking room, but the comforter on the bed had cigarette burn holes in it. It was very obvious there was a lot of homeless and drug addicts staying at this place and our secondary lock on the door was broke. Definitely didn’t feel safe there. We do have photos of different things if you would like to see them. We arrived on a Sunday and never had room service till Wednesday. We had to go each day with our dirty towels up to the office to get clean ones. That’s the only way you could get them. This place is a disgrace and shouldn’t even be rented out off your website. It’s completely obvious that management or their lack of knows how to run this place. They have a sign in the room that says did we leave the light on for you? Well, that’s a joke because the switch didn’t even work for the light. We tried to upload five pictures and your site said it could not upload the pictures but we do have pictures.

The staff super friendly and professional, the pool was ok just the need to improve a little more of preventing maintenance due the volume of people staying during the weekends. Pet friendly.

El cuarto estaba muy limpio a pesar de que se sentía olor a humedad debe ser por la época del año. La Picsina no estaba limpia aunque no la usé solo me quedé par de días. Había hielo. Sábanas, toallas y lo demás estaba en perfectamente y la tele a pesar de viejita se veía. Gracias por la hospitalidad.

Cheap The crackhead roaches and they will lock you out your room with your animal in there then kick you out and take your money

Nothing, the place was not good. Sketchy and unclean. I don't know how even a smoker could of lasted in that room. Seriously I would like a refund. I ordered a room and it turned out they couldent give t to me so they got me a smoke room. It smelt so bad I just drove the 3hours back from the beach home.

All staff was very friendly. Our fridge wasn't working and I needed it for medication that has to be in the fridge. The gental man at the front desk stopped working right away to get us a new fridge. Will definitely stay here again. I wish the pool hours would stay open later.
