The bed was the most uncomfortable and outdated thing I've ever slept on it completely ruined our whole experience at a five-star hotel the hotel may be five star the beds on more comfortable ones and broke down motels when I was a truck driver I'm not getting you it absolutely ruined our whole stay there. As a hotel owner I shared my opinion with the manager however I highly doubt anything was done this is an amazing place however if you're going to stay make sure you check your room first and check your bed this thing was so old I literally had bed springs digging into my wife and I's back all night long so disappointed.

The high ceilings in a tropical victorian style is amazing. The gardener needs to get into the pool to trim the palm branches !

A stunning hotel located on the cliffs of Jaco. Our room was stunning and everything was really clean. Check in was easy and the staff were exceptional. The food at the restaurant was really good but expensive, but I guess you are paying for the view really. The infinity pool is stunning, made even more magical by the macaws that flew past twice! A wonderful hotel and would’ve loved to have stayed longer The resort is located on quite a lot of steep levels, but mostly accessible. There didn’t seem to be much parking available that we could see, but was fine for the one night we stayed.

Staff, ambiance and the view. Very nice people It wasn’t as clean as what we expected. We have also given different rates for breakfast which was not included.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly The beach area was very clean and beautiful We were able to enjoy seeing monkeys, toucans and scarlet macaws.

Beautiful setting, staff were exceptional. Felt like a family hotel. Yoga with Anna every am was perfect start. Maybe a more varied menu
