Its right next to airport. Staff is great. Food is decent. We have continuously used it so it is safe. The property needs fresh paint. The linen and towels are quite old. The swimming pool could be bigger.

Location as I was attending the Jaipur Literature Festival. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices could include more variety.

room service food was excellent, shower was magnificent---i would stay at Saneer simply for shower alone room was very quiet even though on street side of hotel the staff showed little to no understanding of English, hard to communicate with. breakfast hours are too late to start the day, should be open at least by 0700, if not 0630 I asked for no daily bed change, but would have liked water bottle, toilet paper, and fresh towels at least every 2 days I tripped on last step down on outside stairway, upon checking out----0600 yet no lights were on even after checking out---worst staffing I have experienced in such a boutique hotel--have Hindus been told NOT to speak English?

It was a good place to stay, and the staff was friendly.

Good clean hotel. Was comfortable for one night near the airport. They demanded payment in advance, rather unusual for good properties. Wi-Fi was weak and hard to get going.

Closer to airport Accessible to airport. One of the rooms during second stay was highly congested and had multiple issues with water taps and lighting

Great location for an early start to the Airport, just a 5 minute drive! Staff very welcoming and rooms a good size.

Breakfast was delayed. There was not much choice at breakfast. When i had called the hotel on prior day to inform of my arrival the Saneer hotel person demanded online payment before arrival which was not as per booking com. There were cockroaches in the room. Inspite of bringing to notice nothing was done. neither got an apology for cockroaches in the room

Four minute walk from the JLF venue at Clark’s Amer. Warm hospitality from the team at the Front Desk (Balbir Singh, Manmohan) as well as at the Dining Room. Good housekeeping, clean room and bathroom. Simple breakfast with all the basic options… Were out most of the day, but during the time we were there, there wasn’t anything to dislike

I feel I vastly overpaid I was charged Rs 6000 per day whereas my friends paid much less

Nothing The rooms were stinking of Cigarette smoke, linen was soiled. The room doors were creaking, as a result could not sleep till 1 am as there was a check in next to our room. The receptionist was not very cordial. All in all, a very unpleasant experience. Many TV channels were not subscribed for. In short, a total waste of money…..
