I hated everything, there is nothing that was good. Worst hotel with no service. The staff was rude and didn't even know how to communicate with the guests. A lot of sound was coming in the night, the disturbance was too high that we could barely sleep. They didn't even cleaned the room even after saying they ignored us. No dusting was done. Even after booking the hotel 3-4 days early, no coffee or tea was offered and no dinner was provided when we reached the hotel at night.

The location was suited for the purpose of my work. World Trade Park is nearby and decent public transport is available in the vicinity. Horrible, horrible room. Absolutely horrible. I spotted & killed at least 10 cockroaches in a total of 4 days of stay. The housekeeping guy helpfully provided me a cockroach repellent in order for me to do so myself. There are no cloth-hangers in the almirahs & none were provided when asked for. No complimentary bathing soaps are provided in the washroom. Loud noise of all kinds everywhere in the hotel. Staff has pretty much no idea about the surroundings. There is hanky-panky going on in the sense that same property has been registered under various names on Booking.com
