This property was perfect for my short stay in Jakarta. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The security and front desk staff always greeted me with a smile and were super helpful when I needed help. They also were able to complete my laundry service promptly.

location and near to food and office. facilities in the room. Shampoo and liquid bath finish. no refill during make up room. The iron is not suitable and no iron board.

Great value, cold aircond, hot shower, blackout curtains, nice lighting, all light switches works. No fridge, no hairdryer, noisy in the morning.

Security will stand by 24H. The hotel is relatively small and has 6 floors but it has anything you need. Overall for service and cleanliness are good. No refrigerator is a minus and you need to ask hairdryer in lobby

1) I’m on business trip so it was very near to my destination. 2) Bed was big and comfortable. Room aircond was good and it wasn’t feel warm. 3) Shower pressure was strong with heater. 4) Provide water bottle daily and good housekeeping. The hotel was overall clean and cleaner clean the floor often. 5) Convenience stores nearby and many street foods. 1) Breakfast variety was very limit to just traditional. 2) WiFi can improved the bandwidth. Okay for normal usage but not for video/call conference. 3) The shower gel was empty and luckily I brought my own.
