Family loft room type is awesome There’s no massage/reflexology facilities

The hotel is perfect to stay in Jakarta, although it is near a commuter line station and the busy round about, the street is relatively quiet and shaded by trees. The staff (I was greeted by Ummi) are great, facilities are perfect, and the foods are delicious. The hotel even provide morning refresher for joggers as it is near the Monas jogging park. For the weekends, breakfast is only until 10.30 The room service minimum order is IDR150K before tax. Too much.

Amazing staff, amazing room. Once again the hotel and its staff have outdone themselves. Second time I'm staying here. The breakfast could have had more variety. Or at least have some things not run out towards the end of the breakfast time and not be replenished.

The food at breakfast was cold. It was like the burners weren't on.

The hotel's location was not ideal for someone who enjoys walking. It seems central and isn't too far from most attractions or livelier neighborhoods, but there is not much within walking distance of the hotel so you need transportation for everything.

First of all I like the way the staff handle and apply themself. I requested a room change and it was handled swiftly and efficiently and done in a jiffy. The porter came to my room to assist me with moving to the new room. He wanted me to see and checked the room that was allocated for me before I move. I was happy with the new room. Excellent staff Cannot find anything

Room and bed very comfortable. Lovely breakfast.

Not really walkable since sidewalks are not well established and often with lots of traffic even though everything is nearby. Luckily Ojek and car shares are readily available and very affordable. Pool looks beautiful and big but is very small and shallow (1.5 ft deep)

I love the interior design of this hotel. Their price is also quite fair with all the facilities that they offered. The room was super clean, the pillow was super fluffy, they provided me with a medium sized fridge but too bad cause i was traveling solo so i dont bring too much snacks ?. They also have free self laundry at the 2nd floor so you dont have to worry if u just want to bring few clothes during the travel. Shout out to Sebastian (receiptionist guy) very helpful, very informative !! Also, he helped me booking Golden Bird taxi to drop me off at the airport. My flight was so early in the morning, i dont wanna risk my self to order a regular online taxi. This hotel is a superstar!!! Will definitely come back ??

Occasionally, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke coming through the bathroom ventilation, but it was infrequent and did not affect our stay.

The breakfast had nice variety and the ambiance was great.

The room was absolutely beautiful. Thoughtful design. Very comfortable bed. more stylish than hotels twice the price. Also fantastic location and attentaive service. Western breakfast was superb. I got it at a discount so it felt like a truly incredible deal. As is often true at nicer hotels the Indonesian food is kind of weak. You can easily get better meals for a fraction of the price at basically any restaurant or warung. Also the gym is pretty lacking in anything but the most basic equipment. If you want to lift anything over 20kg or need anything more than dumbbells and treadmills you will have to go to a nearby gym. Finally, the staff seemed a bit weirded out by my being blind, but that can and does happen at places ranging from 2-5 stars. Once I talked to them about it it improved, but it was a bit uncomfortable in that regard for a bit.
