I really liked the very friendly staff, the great breakfast, and the reasonable price, though the bed could have been more comfortable The breakfast lacked variety with undercooked potatoes, and room cleanliness needs attention since it was dusty, unvacuumed, and had ants.

I was hesitant to book this property as the reviews weren’t brilliant only coming in at a 6.5 there was mentioned about the lifts been slow and the air conditioning also not been very good. However I can honestly say this is a little gem of a hotel. The air-conditioning in our room was fantastic and the lift were working perfectly fine not slow at all. The room was incredibly spacious and and very nice. As a matter of fact, it was probably the biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in Jakarta. I thoroughly enjoyed I stay at this hotel. Also, I have to mention the breakfast was very nice. I always like sausages and eggs and baked beans in the morning surprisingly lot of hotels don’t do baked beans but not this one. Also 24 hour room service was great If there’s only one thing negative I will say is the location is a little bit away from Shopping Malls and restaurants. But you can always get a Grab and you’ll only be 20 minutes away from everything overall a wonderful hotel and will definitely stay again. Ignore the previous reviews as I can tell you this hotel is definitely a 7.5 - 8 rating The location was a little bit away from the main city centre.

Location lets the hotel down. not far from Mangga Dua Square but an unpleasant walk to get there. Not much of interest close to the hotel. Great view from the room over Jakarta. The lifts take forever to get you to your room. I was there for 3 days and 1 lift was out of service the whole time. One lift only went to the residence levels and a third lift was reserved as a service lift. leaving only 1 lift to service the hotel levels.

The room was very comfortable with amazing views. Employees were great! I had an accident and I was shocked that the hotel didn’t have a first aid kit. Fortunately, the reception employees were very kind and ran to the pharmacy to buy things for the wound.
