I accidentally ordered 2 rooms, and the receptionist told me to request a free cancelation request from the apps. But they do not approve my cancelation request. The property commitment. from the receptionist and the actual is different.

The room is spacious and it has good facility. The location isn’t quite good, since there is nothing around hotel. Need to transport to get foods.

The staff is nice Air conditioner licking,fan in the toilet not working,cockroach in the toilet, mat is damages, no menu list or barcode in the table.
