Location and value were good for the money and the staff, while they did not speak good English were very helpful. We communicated with a mix of Malay and Indonesian. The room itself was in a poor state. While it was relatively clean, the shelf beneath the TV was broken and there were ants all over the room. The pillows are too tall which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Friendly staff 1. They will not do room cleaning if not asked, even if you stay for more than one week. 2. Bath towels need to be upgraded. (Towels are like rags) 3. No mini fridge,no iron, no hairdryer ,no telephone, no internet, no bath soap Hotel facilities are very bad

Polite reception, very kind and discret staff. Perfectly cosy and calm room. Pretty entrance and asian breakfast. The bed is exceptional. Excellent services in global. The cleaning is not good enough. Pee in the toilette cercle, durt and plenty of hair on the floor. The Indonesian Housekeeping must use some desinfect spray or at least antibacterial product to clean up the WC, not only water ! For the shower, hot water during a few minutes not more.

I would love to say terima kasih banyak to the stuff, very nice, helpful, kind! The hotel is clean, convenient location, 7-8 min walk to the nearest bus station, 15 minutes walk to Centre Park mall! I’m in love with design of hotel andd the most important is price - very affordable! They have tv with youtube and sure hot water! I’ll book again and not only once!❤️

The room isn't soundproof. You can clearly hear your neighbor making passionate love, especially if they're the noisy kind. I'm serious.
