Staffs are helpful although not speaking english. Mosquitos, but that is normal for à tropical city like jakarta.

staff were nice but spoke very limited English. cleanliness was terrible, floors were never mopped, toilet was broken, water came from the floors on the fourth level, insects were all over the place. After telling this to the staff they didn’t even upgrade us but gave us another similar room with poor views

Responsive staff. Terrible smoked cigarrete smell everywhere. Even requested non-smoking room, it smelled like a smoking room. And for that the hotel charged me a night fee although i raised the concerned with in the hour i checked in.

The hotel didn’t give the bon payment. Had les Wi-Fi in my room I pay a room for 3, but the room was prepared just to 2 people I ask room no smoking, but I felt smell smoking all time.
