The attitude and behavior of the front desk staff were impolite, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than feeling welcomed as a guest, I felt as though I was being treated as an inconvenience. The interaction was so unpleasant that I decided to cancel my booking immediately and move to another nearby hotel which is half price with better woking facilities. What made the situation even worse was that, during the check-in process, I was informed that the swimming pool was closed due to renovations. I was also told that the third and fifth floors were under renovation. None of this was clearly communicated beforehand. In addition I've tried to find room with a balcony, only to be informed that no balcony room was available. When I asked shown the room, it was clearly not ready for guests. As,especially I stayed in this hotel before!!!! I expect a basic level of professionalism, honesty, and cleanliness, especially from a Hilton-branded property. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations.

Classic Hilton hospitality and service. Was very comfortable Ac was either too cold or too hot. They couldn’t fix it upon request

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. Kyla was especially attentive to needs that arose. She and the rest of the staff were very accomodating.

Overall, to be honest, the hotel is excellent — very clean, secure, and well managed. The non-smoking policy in the rooms is strictly maintained, which I really appreciated. The beds are extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the carpets are also very well maintained. Maintenance was highly responsive; the team attended immediately and resolved both the power socket and air-conditioning issues without delay. Based on my experience so far, the hotel genuinely deserves a strong recommendation as a four to five-star hotel. One recommendation for improvement would be additional training for some junior staff members, to further enhance consistency in service delivery.

Very clean, staff are friendly, room is spacious, clean and well prepared. Breakfast was excellent. If you are planning to visit any place around Jakarta, manage your time properly due to the nightmare traffic jam. Plan ahead. The rest i just love this hotel so much
