Hotel was under renovation. Entrance by foot had to walk on the road. There is a pillar in my room. Room was too cold. Breakfast was decent. For the amount paid, I would be better off at staying at neighboring hotels which has better rooms and food options for breakfast.

Location central to everything we wanted to see. Good location walking distance to markets and malls. .

The location is near to everywhere. The staff were so helpful from the started. Always ask if need help or assistance. We glad that miss Citra was so friendly to us and always help us in many way. Thank you for being kind to us!

Location and staff! The location was a short walk from large shopping malls and was in a convenient location. The staff was extremly attentive and available. They are the best thing about this hotel. Walls are paper thin, despite being on the ninth floor you could hear traffic from outside and you could hear other guests. The noise really affected my quality of sleep. The bathroom also had poor lighting.
