Although the building is a bit old, it is very clean and well maintained. The rooms and facilities were tidy, and everything was organized. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great service and a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and it was clear that the team was doing their best to provide a complete experience for guests. As a small suggestion, I believe the breakfast area could be a little more organized, and some of the food items could be fresher. A few plates and utensils may benefit from a more careful inspection before use. Improving the presentation of the food and adding a wider selection of fresh fruits would make the breakfast experience even better.

the hotel was good and clean , paly facility was good for the kid in floor 1 the location at night a lot of noise from road and early morning time you can smell food coking in your room / the breakfast was Indonesian food type need to add some English /Arab breakfast to the mean

The only thing I would suggest improving is adding a handheld bidet spray in the bathroom, as it would make the stay much more comfortable.

Good central location, easily can get quickly anywhere via Grab/Bluebird. Staff is extremely nice and helpful with restaurant recommendations. room was clean and the amenities were good. Great breakfast and restaurant the area near the hotel is not very walkable. this is not necessarily a fault of the hotel, more a characteristic of Jakarta itself

Location is a bit off. Locals told us that it can be unsafe and a lot of petty crimes take place in the vicinity. They won’t recommend walking around.

This was my second stay while visiting Jakarta, and once again, everything was excellent. They have maintained great consistency in their service, which I really appreciate. The breakfast was very good with even more options this time, which made it even better. One thing I really liked was the young and energetic team. The staff bring a fresh vibe to the hotel and make the whole place feel lively, welcoming, and comfortable like home. Thank you to the entire team for the great service.
