I like the breakfast and the location which is strategic. I don't like the room which was smoking room because its smell was so bad. Although they offered to spray air freshener, It could't completely remove the bad smell.

All with excellent value for Jakarta. I ate the western breakfast. It was cold on all 3 days I stayed at the hotel.

The menu is great! Nearby mall - family mart, Indomaret, JCo. donut, Starbucks, Watson..etc. Near MRT Rasuna Said station.

There was a concert the first 2 nights we stayed. It was quite noisy at night.

Staff named Elva in reception helped me a lot with a check-in process. They upgraded our room to Ambassadors Club and my kids really enjoyed their afternoon tea. Choice of breakfast is not as much as I expected but still nice.
