The sink doesn't seem to drain the water fast enough, but it's not a deal breaker, just a bit annoying. You always needs to get water from the housekeeping and there wasn't a water dispenser.

The hotel should give the collective nights no matter what the customer books the hotel via any platform because finally they are your customer. But this hotel allow only book via their own platform which is very expensive

This hotel provides an outstanding experience for its guests. Staff are incredibly helpful, hospitable, professional and will go out of their way to ensure that your stay is a pleasant and comfortable one. The hotel's daily breakfast is exceptional! There is an incredible variety of food (including local food items, meals made-to-order, several continental options and dessert too), everything is presented beautifully and is freshly made. If it is not included in the rate, I would highly recommend adding this to your stay to indulge in all that the hotel has to offer. As a traveler, it is especially convenient to be able to enjoy such a wide selection of food items before heading out to explore the area for the day. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything a traveler may require. Any additional items can be easily requested and accessed. The hotel is very accommodating and prepared to fulfil any and all needs and requests. This hotel is a great choice for travellers looking for a convenient location for access to or proximity to Central Jakarta. Surrounding areas and the rest of Jakarta are also easily accessible via taxis and other ride-hailing options. It is also fairly easy to access this hotel to and from the airport (CGK). Even during high-traffic, the drive should only take less than 1 hour (PRO TIP: Only use Bluebird Taxis to travel to and from the airport for accurate pricing and to ensure you ride with a safe, reliable driver). This hotel is ideal for families, couples, older travellers and solo travellers looking for a clean, comfortable and safe place to stay in Jakarta. Over the course of my time in Jakarta, I stayed at this hotel twice. My first stay, at the start of my trip, was for 3 nights and was incredible. My second stay was just for 1 night, at the end of my trip before I flew out of Jakarta, and I was a bit disappointed with the assigned rooms. For my second stay, I was assigned rooms on a much higher floor which seemed to have been somewhat neglected. In both rooms, there were issues with the bathrooms, specifically with the shower. Although it was not a big issue for the one night, I did mention to the staff that it seemed like general maintenance and upkeep were overdue on that floor. The staff were incredibly apologetic and I am hopeful that those rooms will also soon reflect the overall quality of this hotel.

The hotel is amazing. So much luxury and comfort. It is really in the details here. They also put a lot of effort in keeping it safe. Staff is very attentive, especially the guys helping and guarding outside. The breakfast is insane, so many options and nice fresh foods. We also appreciate that there are quite good gym facilities. Nothing actually, the hotel offers very high quality in everything (as expected with these room rates).

Overall, the service was excellent, the room was exceptional, and those amazing breakfasts were most appreciated. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed in many hotels across different continents for work, and this hotel truly stands out. The breakfast here is the best I’ve had anywhere—the food quality is excellent, and I’d return just for the breakfast alone. The room is also impressive. What you see on the website is exactly what you get: clean, modern, stylish, and fully equipped. The traffic around the hotel is quite heavy (especially compared to North Jakarta). We had to leave much earlier than the time suggested by Google Maps.

- The staff were amazing; super friendly and helpful and very professional. - The hotel interior is very modern and very clean, everything was top notch. - The room was super comfortable with a very large smart TV with Netflix. - The breakfast was incredible; there were so many options that in 3 days we were not able to try something from every station. There are options from many different types of cuisine and everything was fresh and very delicious. - We tried two of the hotel restaurants (many different options) and both (one European style, the other Chinese style) were excellent and especially for the very reasonable prices. - The fitness center was great and is open 24 hours. - The pool is large enough to get a good workout.

The hospitality of staff was excellent, specially the front deck Miss Yolanda.she did our check-in process very smoothly and even showed us all hotel facilities. Breakfast was very good with both local and international cuisines. N/A
