⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our 4-day, 3-night stay at Pan Pacific Jakarta was a wonderful experience. What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality from the team. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. My wife stayed here while I was working, and the team went above and beyond to ensure she was well looked after. The service was consistently professional, thoughtful, and made her feel welcomed throughout her stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is elegant yet relaxing, and the views are simply stunning. Every interaction with the staff reflected their commitment to delivering a memorable guest experience. None

An absolutely state-of-the-art experience from start to finish. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the breakfast service is equally outstanding, with food that is genuinely delicious. A special mention must go to Irfan, whose name truly says it all—he understands the very essence of hospitality. Overall, this level of service is hard to top. The views over the city are spectacular, as the rooms are situated on the 83rd floor and above. The restaurant and breakfast experience on the 90th floor are equally remarkable; you can even watch the chef prepare a six-course meal right in front of you. It simply doesn't get any better than this. Very hard to find anything to complain about, honestly. Maybe would be nice to have some business/office facilities (if you need to print or scan something etc.)

An absolutely beautiful property. Great large rooms with an amazing bathroom. The gym and pool are wonderful. The staff was so wonderful. The knob in the shower felt off.

The hotel is close to a small mall, the Agora, for meals and light shopping and a short walk to the huge Grand Indonesia mall for more of the same in spades.

The room was modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. Location in Thamrin Nine is very convenient. Unfortunately, the staff - especially the female staff at reception and common areas - were not friendly. They rarely smiled, looked uninterested, and their attitude felt cold and indifferent, like they didn’t really care about guests. It made the stay less enjoyable. Hotel has good potential, but needs better staff warmth and training. Might consider again if service improves.

Fantastic view from the tallest hotel in Jakarta. Room was nice, although the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. The food at Keyaki for the countdown was fabulous! The service was top notch! From check in, housekeeping, restaurant! Breakfast could have been better. Limited choices and venue! Would have been nice if they enforce no room slippers for breakfast. Not a good sight. Swimming pool was a bit small
