The entire staff at Whiz Hotel Falatehan were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. I was especially impressed with Bingtang at the Front Desk, whose professionalism and helpfulness stood out. The rest of the Front Desk team were equally patient and accommodating, even though I unfortunately did not get everyone's names. I came to South Jakarta specifically to see an orthopedic sports specialist after injuring my knee while surfing in Sumatra. Traveling with an injury can be stressful, but the staff consistently made me feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for. Whether it was arranging a room change, assisting with housekeeping and laundry, answering questions, or helping with late-night food orders, every department—from Front Desk and Security to Housekeeping and the Kitchen staff—provided excellent service with genuine kindness. The food was always served hot, fresh, and delicious, which was especially appreciated during my recovery. I would gladly stay at Whiz Hotel Falatehan again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting South Jakarta.
