Very spacious room. Close to the station. Not as clean and bright as shown in the photos. Near the railway and it can be very loud.

Nice localization. Clean rooms, good price and we were late like long after check in and they waited for us. Really nice place.

This was a quiet escape in the midst of the bustling big city. It's on a calmer street, and the occasional train passing was not a bother. The pool was so refreshing on the hot days, and it's easy to walk to and from the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, staff was great, lots of closet space, a refrigerator, free water and coffee and 24 hour surveillance. We had a great experience!

An old facility whose glory days are past. Well maintained with a good included breakfast. Light rail station fairly close by. No proper signage! It took my cab driver several drives up and down the street to determine this must be the place. Nothing of interest close by.

The rooms were spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Overall, the accommodation was in a good location and had everything we needed for the few days we were there. I would recommend this place. While the bed sheets were not clean when we arrived, the staff were helpful and friendly and helped us change them straight away. Otherwise, there was nothing else that we would say we did not like. I would recommend this place.

The room was a lot dirtier than advertised in photos. The bathroom had gunk and floorboards seemed to be rotting. There were also a few bedbugs in the bed.

Property was organized and was comfortable, attractive without flashiness, and well situated. Staff was very commercially conscious, a positive reflection on the training and awareness imparted to them. The upkeep seemed to be somewhat lacking in rigor and did not address what periodically a deep cleaning of areas can achieve. Housekeeping was virtually ignored except for when I requested for particular things to be done. Also, I was unaware until my last late afternoon that there was a dining room with coffee and other “goodies” and conveniences. A microwave and fridge would both have been of value.

No real atmosphere or anything to the hotel but this didn't really matter for us as we were only there a short time

The rooms were big and the bed was comfortable. We felt safe and cared for. The location is okay. The rooms are a little dated, but nothing worth complaining about.

Pool was nice. Room and beds were large and comfirtable Water, coffee and tea were available on each floor level on a self serve basis. Location was excellent very close to an MRT station. Good security staff managing the entrance Only small thing... that no breakfast food option was available. Have to go outside, or purchase something the nite before.
