First time staying at this property. Good location - on the main street; Jalan K. H. Zainul Arifin - good access and easy to find. Service was good. Convenience store nearby; plenty of food options. Close to Glodok and Kota Tua areas. Room was quite spacious and clean. Interior was standard Favehotel style. Window facing outside was a plus. Amenities were fine. Bathroom was good. Lighting was alright. Wi-Fi worked fine. Property was reasonably well maintained. Good value for money. Compared with other Favehotels we have stayed at, this is the better one. As expected - TV channels were appalling. Soundproofing can be improved.

Location is at the centre of the CBD. WiFi was not working for rooms at Upper level, restaurant is not active.
