The deposit of 1 million IDR per day is a bit overdone, I believe. A flat rate deposit for the whole stay would have been sufficient, like at some places.

The location was excellent right in the midst of business district and next to Pacific Place Mall. I could fix many meetings at the mall and local people were willing to travel there. The room was awesome. The bathroom had a bath tub overlooking the city. The bedroom was big. It has a closet too. The amenities in the room was very good. Water was given in glass bottles - seriously awesome! Special shoutout to housekeeping who cleaned my room twice on 1 day because my room became overused in one afternoon. They would have checked and cleaned again. Really, never experienced this anywhere else. They have an excellent roof top bar. Please go there at least 1 evening. Breakfast choice is limited with ala carte options only. So, for a family with kids might be challenging. The WiFi can be of better quality I was on the 7th floor and there was traffic noise from the busy road below which disturbed sleep specially in the morning. The bathing area in the bathroom has a problem - the water leaks into the main bathroom. There is no partition. It is expensive. Costed me MYR 5000 for 3 nights. So, around USD 372 per night. But, I think mainly it can be justified mainly because of the location

The location was great, right next to the Pacific Mall, for the price I expected a little bit more amenities. I did not like the room, it was a very random layout and felt cold ie. no decorations or anything to brighten up the room!
