the design is good, room is comfortable enough. tv channel is working the staff is horrible, both the male and female. they smoked in the lobby. no hospitality, looks like they dont care about the guests. My room is located in 5th floor, there is no elevator and they refused to help me carry my bags. i had to make 2 trips from the lobby to my room.
