This is a budget hotel with wall to wall tile, but nice. It does have hot water and a separate cafe. Parking area is very good. It is located near downtown but north on a steep hilltop. No Central HVAC, so rooms are cold during fall/winter and hot during summer. Need a small electric heater, minimum.

The internet was NOT excellent like someone posted. It was just barely working. My win10 laptop kept warning me that the WiFi security was poor.

Very friendly, well-run hotel. Rates particularly highly in terms of value for money. Located uphill, near the top of one of the streets that goes down into the city centre. The location also means that it is a relatively short (uphill, again!) walk to the city's main tourist attraction, the Anthropological Museum. Excellent wifi Excellent café/juice bar next to the hotel for breakfast/brunch. I am a light sleeper, yet slept well in this hotel. Nevertheless, the design of the hotel means that noise could easily be an issue. My ground/first floor room looked into the next room through a window that overlooks an open shaft above the property's carpark. It can be noisy when cars and motorbikes enter the carpark, and any music or talking seems to be amplified up to the room. Similarly, the corridor leading to the guest rooms from the check-in desk is like a tiled echo chamber.

Good location, clean, underground parking, spacious room, friendly staff!! I was very impressed with the accommodation. I stayed in another hotel the second night and I really wish I actually stayed here again instead.
