It was difficult to access the property because of city road construction.

Road is closed to get into the parking lot of hotel. Signage would be great instead of driving around and having to call especially when checking in later at night

Our tv was very dark and flickered to a brighter contrast and then back to dark.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is always clean and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. It is great to find a place that takes dogs and is a smoke free facility. I have no complaints.

I do wish that some rooms would be kept for people who do not want dogs in their rooms, or who have allergies to dogs. It seems challenging to find a hotel that does not have pets in the rooms. A dedicated ‘no pet’ wing or floor would be much appreciated as I’m on my third day of hives from dog allergies in hotels.

They offer no breakfast which we knew from the start. It would have been still nice to have something. The shower didn’t drain well in the one room. Our room were not close even though I asked 6 months in advance. They were on different floors.

There was a kitchen but nothing to cook with. No silverware. Really don’t know why they had a kitchen
