Awesome view from the balcony (if you book a "sea view" room) Good breakfast, suitable for 2–3 days Bicycle parking available Comfortable bed Teapot and refrigerator in the room Breakfast is almost the same every day Cleaning is poor (after three cleanings there were still crumbs under the bed just like when we arrived; the balcony door was covered in cobwebs and dust; the ceiling had marks from squashed spiders; the wardrobe was stained with something) During our stay, I found at least 7 spiders in the room For dinner, 130 PLN per room is provided, but this isn’t enough even if you order just one main dish and tea each The room needs partial renovation (the balcony door net is torn, the faucet leaks, and power outlets are only on one side of the bed)

Location. Good breakfast buffet. Spacious comfortable rooms. Parking. Very poor WiFi. Slowest I’ve seen in a luxury hotel. All night party kept us wake until 3:00. No staff in attendance. Complaint was poorly handled. Ridiculous shower. No curtain. Bathroom gets soaked. Poor provision of soap and shower gel for such an expensive hotel. For over €200 a night I expect better.

Faleza has turned out to be a positive surprise upon arrival. The room was bigger than expected and the friendliness of the staff as well. As requested we got extra pillows which were so big and comfortable that we did not want to leave our beds till the late afternoon despite the good weather. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Anything that is needed can be requested extra and it seems that no request is too difficult or not possible. We became big fans of the restaurant as well the breakfast was very wide and you could order on request extras. The dinners can be chosen a la carte but they are all of high quality and perfectly made to taste. There is also a wide card of wines and other alcohols to make you wonder what to try next. We had a room with a view of the sea and it was worth it the view is brilliant and nothing matches waking up in the morning to the skyline of a cliff and sea. All in all, we were very positively surprised and very impressed by the service and friendliness provided by everyone. We honestly did not find anything that we did not like. I do believe there is quite a price for parking which some guests could have an issue with. Also if you want to reach the beach directly from the hotel it will be a bit of a walk, for us it was not an issue but the beach is not easy to reach as you have to walk to the village core to be able to go down the cliffs easy or you have to walk for quite a while the other way and go through the forest. Both are amazing walks but can be challenging with kids and elder family members.

Very modern hotel located on top of the cliff just a couple hundred meters away from the beach. Nice quiet location, but fairly close to the touristy town of Jastrzębia Góra. We had a room facing North (sea view). Nice furniture, clean, large rooms, excellent breakfast with huge selection of food. They also have a massage center on site. Narrow road to the hotel, but it's not a big issue. It's the last 500m on a local narrow street with a lot of pedestrian traffic.

Fantastic breakfasts, extraordinary location, and kind service. Rarely do we have dinners in a hotel. This time we were not disappointed. We stepped down 172 steps to the beach in the morning for morning fitness. Lovely place! Moreover, in the afternoon, we tried saunas - quite good. Please, install an extra bench in the sauna room. Two beds are insufficient. Fresh water would be appreciated, which is a standard now.

This hotel can easily beat any 5 star hotel, pleasantly surprised. Great service, great location and the waiter that was serving the breakfast is absolutely amazing. He was super friendly and actually dancing, he enjoyed his job that much. Absolutely recommend this place.

-View was amazing. -Breakfast is delicious. -Staff is kind and helpfull. -Hotel design is interesting. -Hotel restaurant is a little bit overpriced but it was delicious. -The day which we arrived there was a wedding on hotel and it was really hard to sleep. Staff was kind to offer us different room but we refused cos of late hour. If its possible dont book hotel on saturdays. -Their pillows are huge , we had got problem to sleep but maybe its normal for some people. (they havent got normal size pillow). -I dont think its ever fair for hotel to take extra money for their parking from their guesses.
