Variety of food, location (super close to the beach) and music nights. Spa section had only two chairs for resting in between sauna sessions which is definitely too little. Lots of people were standing and complaining about that which was very tricky to relax, ice machine wasn’t working and also the spa lights over the resting bed. Lack of toiletries (no shampoo or conditioner) just some poor quality shower gel, no milk for coffee in the rooms and very poor variety of tea/coffee. Taking into consideration the price and compering the quality to other similar priced hotels this one definitely falls short behind unfortunately.

The staff is very friendly. When I forgot my watch in the room, the receptionist called us immediately after finding it. All the personnel are helpful. The room is clean, and the breakfast food is excellent. The pool area is great and includes a sauna.

Light, airy. Large public spaces. Peacocks I’m the garden. Amazing facilities - pool, sauna, spa, bowling alley, soft playroom. Extensive choice of food for breakfast.

Location close to the Jastrzebia Gora city and to the beach. SPA and Wellness are good with long open hours. The standard room was very small, stuffy (without AC) and our stay was during November, so too cold to sleep with an open window. Breakfast as a buffet with quite lot of options but not everything was fresh. Cleanness in the hotel and in the room is something that really need to be improved. In our room was spider's web, the carpet in the room and corridor wasn't hoover.

Not much to be honest. Spa was ok and location worked for me but that’s it. Tiny room and no air conditioning when it’s 30c and over 90% humidity was horrible. Not even a desk fan Horribly uncomfortable three nights.

As always pool and saunas and location close to the beach. Premium Room reserved for three adults. Robes supposed to be included, and yes they were but only one adult, one fore a child and one was missing. When complaining at the reception the answer was. “ We don’t know how many adults were staying in the room “ Really? Also the walls in the bathroom not cleaned and the shower holder broken. Other than that in general the place is ok. Room service food is good.
