We stayed after trekking in Wamena. Very friendly, super clean, rooms are big and comfortable, staff is helpful, kind and generous. We really got good experience here, they helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast Buffet is very tasty. Thank you again for everything!!!!. Tea and Coffee is in the room

Very friendly staff, generally clean, convenient location close to food and public transport options (to downtown and towards airport), decent wifi Cleanliness is just one step short of perfect, with stray hairs and some drain flies in the toilet

The friendliness of the reception staff and the location are the only two good things going on for this hotel. However, I still suggest the hotel hire more personnel and place at least two individuals at the reception desk during the busy check-in hours. How could only one lady serve ten guests at the same time? The check-in process wasted my time, almost an hour of waiting to get into the room. We also needed to wait for another hour to receive bath towels in our room. It did not make sense! The number of tables and chairs in the breakfast room is also limited, definitely not enough to accommodate the guest during a fully-booked busy morning.

Well, I liked how big the room is. Overall this hotel is a good choice for staying even for work or leisure. Well, I’m a socially smokers. But the room I stay is a non smoking room. And guess what, no smoking room for the room type I stayed. But thank God, the receptionist gave me the key to access my room balcony, so I can smoke.
