Only the location The swimming pool almost feel through the ceiling of my room; rubble and water falling and poring through. I was offered to move to the room next door I said no. They moved me to another floor, the room was filthy. Sheets never changed. Different people’s hairs on the bed. Stains. Shit in the toilet. Housekeeping never changing the sheets or replacing things. Housekeeping also left their crumbs from their snacks all over my floor. Additionally, housekeeping broke the small mirror in the bathroom and then propped it against the wall then when I went to use it, it fell on me. This happened three times. Cleaning staff has left me without water on multiple occasions, given me a fridge that doesn’t get cold, willfully ignored the cleaning sign on my room and left it unkept. The list goes on. Too many bad experiences to list. Also dead bugs in my grilled cheese that I ordered downstairs.

The location was excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room size and cleanliness met expectations very well. The breakfast offered a great selection and was particularly enjoyable. Check-in can be a bit slow at times, but it’s not something that detracts from the overall experience—you’ll likely forget about it well before you leave. One downside of the location is that it you will run into congested traffice, especially when heading out to meetings or nearby malls.

Very modern and clean rooms with comfy super bed, great rooftop pool, little gym with basic equipment such as treadmills, spinning bikes and free weights. The staff was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel!

Location and the bed and the staff all were excellent The food - wasn’t good . Didn’t taste good and the variety wasn’t that good also Even foul was sauce - not good I requested late checkout bec I have a meeting - usually they do it . Here they asked for charges . Which won’t let me go there again
