Located in the heart of Jeddah city, staff were friendly, parking availability is good Bed mattress is so uncomfortable, window is not sound or wind isolated so you will be hearing street activity and the room temperature can’t be controlled

I really liked the vibe of the hotel and it really makes it stand out when you look at other hotels. The only thing they could improve is the TVs because mine didn't work properly.

I really appreciated the heritage-style rooms, the calm and elegant atmosphere, and the classic design, especially in the lounges. The staff were exceptional—professional, understanding, and genuinely welcoming. Due to an air-conditioning issue, the hotel kindly offered a complimentary upgrade and provided two rooms at no extra charge, which reflects a high level of generosity and customer care. The location is great, not far from the airport nor what the city has to offer. The bathroom seems to have mould growing all along the edge and corners, this needs updating to improve the cleanliness.
