-The room was clean and very modern furniture. -Good location - It was very nosy and loud. They said it was suppose to be "sound proof", but it was a very uncomfortable stay, with no proper rest. The room was located right next to several AC fans outside my window which made loud noises which was extremely disturbing. - They lacked many facilities for a hotel. They only provided tea, no coffee and no creamer. They only provided two small water bottles, when I tried to ask for more they didn't want to provide it, until I had to request again and which then had go through management approval. -There was no one there to help me with the luggage had to carry it to my room. -The mattress wasn't comfy at all -The hotel price was expensive

Location and was clean. Had to ask a number of times for towels as we were a party of three people and oly one towel was given to us. This is basic stuff. Also, the property advertised for a sofa bed, but was given a cot size bed without any bedding covers. Again had to ask for additional sleeping requirements many times. The hotel was not busy and they did not seem to be bothered to listen to their guests.
