Outstanding setting and vibe. Very clean and very elegant. Friendly staff. Good location: near to most key attractions and restaurants. If you stay in an apartment, you will need to walk to the main tower for all cafes and restaurants, fitness center and the reception/concierge services. Next time we will boom 2 rooms in the main tower (although an apartment was a better choice for my family)

The room itself was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. I also appreciate that some of your staff were professional, courteous, and responded quickly whenever assistance was needed. These positive aspects made the overall stay comfortable despite the issues I experienced. There were several aspects of my stay that I believe require attention. The suite was comfortable, but the air conditioning took a long time to cool the room, and separate controls for the bedroom and living area would greatly improve comfort. The parking arrangement was also confusing, as it was not clear which areas were designated for hotel guests and which were for the residences. Better signage or guidance would make the arrival experience much smoother. Most importantly, my arrival experience was disappointing. When I requested luggage assistance from the basement parking, I was met with unnecessary questioning instead of a warm welcome. This left a poor first impression, which is especially important for a Luxury Collection property. The check-in experience also lacked professionalism. I was unnecessarily asked why I had booked through Booking.com, and when I asked whether there was a insurance deposit, the receptionist jokingly replied, “No, just don’t break anything.” While it may have been intended as humor, I found it inappropriate and not in line with the level of service I expected. I understand these may have been isolated staff behaviors rather than a reflection of the hotel as a whole. However, my arrival experience was disappointing enough that I genuinely considered checking out on my first night. For a Luxury Collection hotel, I expected a much more welcoming and professional first impression.

I truly enjoyed every aspect of my stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and well maintained. The rooms are very comfortable, the restaurant quality is excellent, and parking is smooth and well organized. What really stands out is the staff — from valet parking to reception — everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to details. Honestly, nothing worth mentioning. The experience met and exceeded my expectations.

The only downside was the price which felt a bit high
